Day-Wise Itinerary

Day 1: Bali Arrival: 26 October 2023

Arrival in Ngurah Rai Airport – Bali and proceed to the hotel. Day free for leisure, shopping and walking on the beach. Overnight Bali.

Hotel check-in after 02:00 PM.
Lunch and dinner will not be provided on Day 1 as time of arrival is not known. Guests are requested to pay for lunch and dinner. We will assist guests.

Day 2: Waterfall – Rice Terrace – Coffee Tasting – Ubud

Today we will visit Ubud Palace, Tegalalang rice terrace, Tegenungan waterfall and Monkey Forest and Coffee Plantation. Free time for shopping in Kuta / Legion. Overnight Bali.

Day 3: Bali – Labuan Bajo

Proceed to Bali Airport to board flight to Komodo Airport, Labuan Bajo. On arrival at Komodo Airport, Labuan Bajo, small briefing direct transfer to the local restaurant for lunch. After lunch transfer to your hotel for check in and rest. Afternoon take city tour visiting Sylvia Hill for hunting view and photo hunting and enjoy the sunset, then continue to Puncak Waringin also for hunting view and photo hunting Afterwards continue to Local restaurant for dinner. After dinner transfer to your hotel.

Day 4: Labuan Bajo – Padar – Long Pink Beach – Komodo – Taka Makassar – Manta Point – Kanawa -Labuan Bajo

Early morning (Breakfast Box) transfer to the harbour to get a SPEED BOAT then depart to Padar Island. Morning trekking to the top of Padar Island for hunting view and photo hunting. Return to the boat and depart to long pink beach for snorkelling and swimming. Then cruising to Loh Liang, Komodo island and on arrival trekking to see the activities of Komodo Dragons and other wild animals. Continue to Taka Makassar and manta point for snorkelling and swimming (Lunch box will be served). Afterwards depart to Kanawa island for photo hunting around the wooden jetty and walking around the beach. In the afternoon return to Labuan Bajo. Dinner will be served at Local restaurant. After dinner transfer back to your hotel.

Day 5: Labuan Bajo – Bali

After breakfast transfer to Souvenir shop for buying some souvenirs followed by lunch at local restaurant. After lunch transfer to the airport to board flight to Bali. Arrival and check in hotel. Today we will enjoy Grilled seafood dinner at Jimbaran Bay. Overnight Bali.

Day 6:

Proceed to Airport to bord flight back to hometown with great memories.

Terms and Conditions

All Guests who have completed two doses of vaccination and have both their vaccination copies along with the Universal Pass would be entitled for reservation and travel.
All COVID protocols tourists to be strictly followed. Company is not responsible for loss of passport, loss of foreign currency, loss / damage of luggage and any other important documents of the client.
Company does not book air tickets in advance. Airfare should be paid by client as per the rate on the day of ticket booking.
Check-in and check-out timings of the hotels should be followed.
Early check-in or a late checkout is not guaranteed and is only on request.
Passengers are requested to take care of their belongings.
We have a right to change the itinerary as per the situation without any prior notice.
80% of the total tour cost should be paid at the time of booking. Remaining 20% should be paid before 10 days before the departure.
We are not liable for damages for any delay or default in performance during the term hereof if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control, including, but not limited to acts of God, Government restrictions, continuing domestic or international problems such as wars or insurrections, strikes, curfews, fires, floods, terrorist attacks, work stoppages and embargoes. Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

In case of any unforeseen circumstances and situations arising beyond our control, we will put our best efforts and ensure our guests receive a credit note from Aayu Expeditions. In case of scenarios wherein we have received refunds from our suppliers and partners the refund would be returned back to our guest with proper explanation.
