Day-Wise Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi arrival – Hanoi city tour: 16 October 2023

Arrival Hanoi Airport and proceed to Hanoi City.
Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university, built in 1070. Continue to Ngoc Son Temple, a prominent temple sitting on a small island in the Hoan Kiem Lake. Then visit Bat Trang village before transfer back to hotel. Check-in. At leisure. Free time for shopping. Overnight Hanoi.

Day 2: Stone Church – Tam Coc – Hoa Lu – Hanoi

Drive to Ninh Binh. visit the Phat Diem Stone Cathedral is one of the most famous and beautiful churches in Vietnam with special architecture: an elegant combination between Western church architecture style and Vietnamese religious buildings. Take a sampan to explore the Tam Coc (means literally “Three Caves”). Boat ride through the caves is a thrilling experience. Back to Hanoi and overnight.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Overnight Cruise

Breakfast at Hotel and Check-out
Transfer to Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh Province (around 160KM) by private vehicle and driver. Upon arrival in Halong Bay, boarding the Cruise for exploring wonderful Bay of Halong. Lunch at boat while cruising around the Bay
Afternoon: explore hundreds of beautiful karst formations arising from green emerald water, explore Cave, swimming and enjoy Sunset on the Cruise (Program might change due to the weather and the management).

Dinner on the Cruise. After dinner is fishing time for everyone who wishes to join. Overnight on the Cruise.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi Airport – HCMC

After breakfast, enjoy your time to sunbathe and relax in the fascinating background of the bay. After brunch on board, you will return to the pier and directly to the airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh city by our driver. Overnight HCMC.

Day 5: Ho Chi Minh city & Cu Chi Tunnel tour

Get started at 09.0AM from your hotel venturing out to the Cu Chi countryside. See what life was like for the guerrilla warriors who lived and fought underground during the war. Crawl through 50 m of the 200 km tunnel system below. This morning you also pay a visit to a rice paper workshop.
In the afternoon see the real HCM City through the eyes of a local. Visit the bustling Cho Lon market and a Thien Hau Chinese pagoda, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office, City Hall. Finish the day by shopping at Ben Thanh Market. We drop you off at your hotel. Overnight HCMC.

Day 6: Hanoi – Siem Reap

Enjoy your free time for shopping until transfer to airport for flight to Siem Reap. Pick-up and transfer hotel.

Day 7: Angkor Highlight

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Angkor Thom, the masterpiece of King Jayavarman VII. Visit the Bayon Temple located at the exact center of Angkor Thom, this is an eccentric expression of the creative genius and inflated ego of Cambodia’s most celebrated king. Continue to visit Terrace of the Leper King. Along the Terrace of Elephants which used as a viewing gallery for the king to preside over parades, performances and traditional sports. At the Southern is the Baphuon, once of the most beautiful temples at Angkor, dating from the reign of Uditayavarman 1 in the 11th century. Continue to visit the mother of all temples, Angkor Wat. Believed to be the world’s largest religious building, this temple is the perfect fusion of symbolism and symmetry and a source of pride and strength to all Khmers. Back to hotel. At leisure. Overnight Siem Reap.

Day 8: Tonle Sap – Departure

In the morning you will transfer to Tonle Sap Lake for taking boat trip to visit at Kompong Pluk where you have an opportunity to learn about life on the lake. On the way, you will pass floating houses and impressive flooded forests, portraying life on the water. Check-out time: 12.00 PM. Transfer to airport for departure. Have a good journey. Thanks for joining us.

Terms and Conditions

All Guests who have completed two doses of vaccination and have both their vaccination copies along with the Universal Pass would be entitled for reservation and travel.
All COVID protocols tourists to be strictly followed. Company is not responsible for loss of passport, loss of foreign currency, loss / damage of luggage and any other important documents of the client.
Company does not book air tickets in advance. Airfare should be paid by client as per the rate on the day of ticket booking.
Check-in and check-out timings of the hotels should be followed.
Early check-in or a late checkout is not guaranteed and is only on request.
Passengers are requested to take care of their belongings.
We have a right to change the itinerary as per the situation without any prior notice.
80% of the total tour cost should be paid at the time of booking. Remaining 20% should be paid before 10 days before the departure.
We are not liable for damages for any delay or default in performance during the term hereof if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control, including, but not limited to acts of God, Government restrictions, continuing domestic or international problems such as wars or insurrections, strikes, curfews, fires, floods, terrorist attacks, work stoppages and embargoes. Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

In case of any unforeseen circumstances and situations arising beyond our control, we will put our best efforts and ensure our guests receive a credit note from Aayu Expeditions. In case of scenarios wherein we have received refunds from our suppliers and partners the refund would be returned back to our guest with proper explanation.
